1. Scope and Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of Diamond Finder, available at diamondfinder.io and through our web application (the “Service”), operated by Rushed Bytes LLC (“we”, “us”, or “our”).

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Service.

The Service is intended for users aged 13 or older (or the minimum age required in your country for online services). Users under this age may only use the Service under parental or legal guardian supervision.

2. Description of Service

Diamond Finder is a Minecraft seed analysis tool that helps users locate ores, structures, and biomes in Minecraft Java Edition and Bedrock using algorithmic generation techniques.

• Free (default): Full access to all search features at no cost, supported by advertisements.
• Ad-Free ($2.99 one-time): Remove all advertisements for a cleaner experience. All features remain identical.

The Service is provided “as is” for informational and entertainment purposes. Search results are algorithmically generated and may vary or be inaccurate depending on Minecraft version and world configuration.

3. Accounts and Authentication

We use Firebase Authentication provided by Google LLC. You may sign in using a Google account to access certain features.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. We may suspend accounts involved in abuse, fraud, or violations of these Terms.

4. Premium Purchases and Payments

The ad-free experience is available via a one-time payment of $2.99 USD (regional pricing may vary). Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. This purchase removes advertisements from the Service — all features are otherwise identical to the free tier.

We do not store full payment card details. We only receive limited transaction information such as payment status, amount, and currency.

Ad-free status is linked to your authenticated account. We recommend signing in with Google to avoid losing access.

Refunds may be granted within 14 days where required by applicable law or if the Service is defective or not functioning as described. Contact us at hello@diamondfinder.io.

5. Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)

If you are a consumer in the European Union, you generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal for online purchases.

For digital content, this right may be lost once performance begins, provided that you have given prior express consent to immediate access and acknowledged that you lose your withdrawal right.

During checkout, you will be required to explicitly confirm this consent before the ad-free experience is activated.

Your statutory rights remain unaffected where applicable law provides otherwise.

6. User Conduct

You agree not to misuse the Service. This includes:

• Using bots, scrapers, or automated access tools.
• Attempting to reverse engineer or exploit the system.
• Bypassing paywalls, restrictions, or security systems.
• Overloading or abusing the API or infrastructure.
• Reselling or sharing premium access.
• Using the Service for illegal or harmful purposes.
• Uploading malicious code or interfering with operations.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and software are owned by Rushed Bytes LLC or licensed to us and are protected by intellectual property laws.

Minecraft is a trademark of Mojang Studios AB / Microsoft Corporation. This Service is not affiliated with or endorsed by Mojang or Microsoft.

8. Third-Party Services

We use third-party providers including Firebase, Google Analytics, Google AdSense, and Stripe. Each provider operates under its own terms and privacy policies.

We are not responsible for third-party service availability or behavior.

9. Availability

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation and may modify or discontinue features at any time.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

We are only liable for direct damages caused by willful misconduct or gross negligence, and liability for injury to life, body, or health remains unlimited where required by law.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for premium services in the 12 months prior to the claim, where legally permitted.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time.

Where termination is not due to user fault, refunds may be issued where required by law.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Wyoming, United States, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections in your country.

13. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service means you accept the updated Terms.
