MOBILE APP TERMS & PRIVACY

1. Scope and Acceptance

These Terms of Use govern your use of the Find Diamondsmobile application for iOS and Android (the "App"), operated by Rushed Bytes LLC ("we", "us", or "our"). By installing or using the App you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

The App is intended for users aged 13 or older (or the minimum age required in your country). Users under this age may only use the App under parental or legal guardian supervision.

The website at diamondfinder.io has its own Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.

2. Description of the App

Find Diamonds is a Minecraft seed analysis tool that helps you locate ores, structures, and biomes in Minecraft Java Edition and Bedrock Edition using algorithmic world-generation techniques. No account is required.

• Free (default): Access to the search features at no cost, supported by advertisements.
• Pro (subscription): Removes advertisements and unlocks Pro ore searches. Available as a weekly or yearly auto-renewing subscription.

The App is provided "as is" for informational and entertainment purposes. Results are algorithmically generated and may vary or be inaccurate depending on Minecraft version, edition, and world configuration.

3. Subscriptions and Payments

Pro is sold as an auto-renewing subscription through the Apple App Store or Google Play. Payment is charged to your store account at confirmation of purchase. Prices are shown in the App before purchase and may vary by region.

• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store or Google Play account settings. Uninstalling the App does not cancel a subscription.
• Free trials or introductory offers, where available, are shown in the App. Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
• Purchases can be restored on a new device using "Restore Purchases" in the App.

Payments are handled by Apple or Google. We never receive or store your payment card details. Refunds are handled by the store you purchased from under its refund policy; where the law requires, we will assist with refund requests sent to hello@diamondfinder.io.

On iOS, Apple's Standard End User License Agreement also applies to your use of the App.

4. Advertising

The free version shows advertisements (banner, interstitial, app-open, and optional rewarded ads) delivered through the CAS (CleverAdsSolutions) mediation platform and its partner ad networks. Rewarded ads are always optional. Pro subscribers are not shown ads. See the Privacy Policy tab for the data involved.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to misuse the App. This includes:

• Using bots, scrapers, or automated access to our search API.
• Reverse engineering, modifying, or redistributing the App.
• Bypassing the paywall, ads, or security measures.
• Overloading or abusing our API or infrastructure.
• Reselling or sharing Pro access.
• Using the App for illegal or harmful purposes.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and software are owned by Rushed Bytes LLC or licensed to us and are protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a personal, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the App on devices you own.

Minecraft is a trademark of Mojang Studios AB / Microsoft Corporation. This App is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or associated with Mojang or Microsoft.

7. Third-Party Services

We use third-party providers including RevenueCat (subscriptions), CAS / CleverAdsSolutions and its ad partners (advertising), Apple, and Google. Each provider operates under its own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party availability or behaviour.

8. Availability

The App and its search service are provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation and may modify or discontinue features at any time. Search requires an internet connection; saved history is available offline.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. We are only liable for direct damages caused by wilful misconduct or gross negligence, and liability for injury to life, body, or health remains unlimited where required by law. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for Pro in the 12 months before the claim, where legally permitted.

10. Termination

We may suspend or block access to our search service if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it; remember to cancel any active subscription in your store settings.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Wyoming, United States, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes are indicated by the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

1. Overview

This Privacy Policy explains what the Find Diamonds mobile app (iOS and Android) collects, why, and what we store. The data controller is Rushed Bytes LLC (see Contact below). We process data in accordance with the GDPR, the CCPA/CPRA, and other applicable laws.

In short: the App has no accounts and no sign-in. We only receive the search inputs needed to compute results and, if you choose to send them, found / not-found reports. Advertising and subscription SDKs collect device-level data described below. Your search history stays on your device.

2. Data We Collect

We do not collect your name, email address, contacts, photos, precise location, or any content from other apps. The App requests no special device permissions other than the optional iOS tracking permission described in Section 4.

3. What We Store

3.1 On your device only

• Search history (seeds, coordinates, results, and which coordinates you marked as mined) — stored in an encrypted local database. It is never uploaded. You can clear it in the App, and it is removed when you uninstall.
• Preferences such as last-used version, onboarding state, and review-prompt flags.

3.2 On our servers

• Search requests are processed in real time to compute results and are not stored permanently. Requests carry a timestamp and random nonce for abuse protection, not an identifier of you.
• Found / not-found reports(optional) are forwarded to our team so we can verify accuracy. Our infrastructure provider may attach the request's IP address and country to that report; we keep only anonymous daily totals (number of found / not-found reports per Minecraft version) with no personal data.
• Server logs (IP address, timestamp, request path) are kept for a limited period (e.g. 30 days) for security.

4. Advertising (CAS / CleverAdsSolutions)

The free version is supported by ads served through the CAS mediation SDK, which routes ad requests to partner networks (such as Google AdMob, AppLovin, Unity Ads, ironSource, Meta Audience Network, and others). To do this the SDK and its partners may collect the ad-related data listed in Section 2: device identifiers, advertising ID, approximate location derived from your IP address, app interactions, and diagnostics. This data is shared with the ad networks that serve you ads.

• Consent:Where required (EEA, UK, Switzerland, and certain U.S. states), the App shows a consent dialog before loading ads. You can decline personalised ads and still use the App. You can change your choice from the App's Settings (privacy options) at any time.
• iOS App Tracking Transparency: iOS asks for permission before the advertising identifier (IDFA) is used. If you decline, ads are still shown but are not personalised using your IDFA.
• Android: you can reset or delete your advertising ID in Android Settings → Privacy → Ads.
• Pro subscribers: the ad SDK is not initialised and no ads are shown.

CAS privacy policy: cas.ai/privacy-policy. Each partner network has its own policy; the current list is available at cas.ai.

Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR (consent) for personalised advertising; Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest) for non-personalised ads, fraud prevention, and diagnostics.

5. Subscriptions (RevenueCat, Apple, Google)

Pro subscriptions are processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play. We use RevenueCat to validate purchases and unlock Pro. RevenueCat receives an anonymous app user ID generated on your device, your purchase and subscription status, and basic device information. We never see your payment card, billing address, or store account details.

6. Other Third Parties

• Apple / Google — app distribution, payments, and the optional in-app review prompt, under their own privacy policies.
• Discord — when you open the community section, the App fetches public invite information (member count) from Discord. No data about you is sent other than the standard network request.

7. Data Retention

• Search history and preferences: on your device until you clear them or uninstall.
• Search requests: not stored beyond processing.
• Found / not-found reports: anonymous totals kept indefinitely; the report messages are retained by our team for a limited period.
• Server logs: limited period (e.g. 30 days).
• Subscription records: for the life of the subscription and as required by tax and accounting law.
• Advertising data: per each ad partner's retention policy.

8. International Transfers

Our servers and providers (RevenueCat, CAS and its ad partners, Apple, Google) may process data in the United States and other countries. Transfers from the EEA/UK are safeguarded by the EU-US Data Privacy Framework where applicable and Standard Contractual Clauses under Art. 46(2)(c) GDPR.

9. Your Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or port your personal data, to object to processing, and to withdraw consent at any time (GDPR Arts. 15–21; CCPA/CPRA rights to know, delete, correct, and opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information). We do not sell personal information; ad partners' use of advertising identifiers may qualify as "sharing" under the CPRA, which you can opt out of via the consent dialog or the tracking / advertising settings above.

Because the App has no accounts, most of your data is on your device and under your control. For anything held by us, email hello@diamondfinder.io. We respond within one month. You may also lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

10. Children

The App is not directed at children under 13 (or 16 where required by local law), and we do not knowingly collect personal data from them. Ads are requested in a manner appropriate for a general audience. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, contact us and we will delete it.

11. Security

• All traffic between the App and our servers uses HTTPS/TLS.
• Search requests are signed to prevent tampering and replay.
• Local search history is stored in an encrypted database.
• Purchases are validated server-side; we never handle payment card data.

No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.

12. Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in the App or the law. Material changes are indicated by the "Last updated" date above.
